Sweepstakes Prize:
One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for two (2) to Japan to see the 2009 Indy® Japan 300 race at Twin Ring Motegi (tentatively scheduled for April 2009). Includes round-trip coach airfare for winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Tokyo, Japan (flights may include connections through international airport and overnight travel); lodging for up to six (6) nights (double-occupancy accommodations selected by Sponsor or its agency, subject to availability and restrictions), ground transportation to and from airports and hotels and to and from hotel and prize activities; two (2) VIP passes for the race; and $1,000 spending money awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner.

If, for any reason, the race is cancelled or postponed after the Winner has departed for or arrived in Japan, no compensation will be awarded in lieu of the cancelled or postponed portion, but the remainder of the prize package will be awarded. If, for any reason, the race is cancelled or postponed prior to Winner’s departure for Japan, Winner will receive a cash payout of ($6,450) in lieu of the trip package. Meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified including without limitation all applicable passenger facility charges are the winner’s responsibility. Winner and guest must travel together and must depart and return to the same airport. Trip must be taken on the dates specified by Sponsor. Travel dates and arrangements are subject to availability and some restrictions. If winner is unable to complete trip on the dates specified, and/or is unable to attend all promotional events scheduled to take place during the trip, the winner shall forfeit the prize in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. Winner and travel guests will be required to have a passport prior to booking travel. Travel reservations must be completed at least 60 days prior to departure date. Guest must be 21 years of age or older unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
