The Promotion will begin March 17, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time, and end at 11:59 p.m. ET, June 15, 2008.

Limit: Each participant may enter/play up to 3 times per day by any method or combination of methods during the Promotion Period (except after April 15, 2008 when no Sweepstakes entries will be awarded).

Prizes:
Sweepstakes: 1 GRAND PRIZE: A Trip for 2 to Los Angeles, CA to attend the American Idol Season 7 Finale. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class airfare for 2 from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; 3 days and 2 nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); 2 tickets to the American Idol Season 7 Finale (seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); $200 allowance for full-size rental car for length of stay and a $200 American Express Gift Card. If winner does not meet requirements for rental car, that portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner must travel between May 20, 2008 and May 22, 2008 or prize will be forfeited. Sponsor not responsible if the American Idol Season 7 Finale is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,350.

Instant Win Game Prizes:
200 FIRST PRIZES: American Idol CD. ARV: $13.75. 300 SECOND PRIZES: American Idol Sports Bag. ARV: $9.50.
500 THIRD PRIZES: American Idol T-shirt. Sponsor will determine all features of the t-shirt including size and color in its sole discretion. ARV: $4.85.
