One (1) Prize Winner shall win the Prize consisting of 1000 square feet of lumber liquidator’s flooring, with a retail value up to 4000 US dollars. Lumber Liquidators will deliver this product to the prize winner’s address. The Prize shall be conveyed to the Prize Winner without representations or warranties, express or implied, other than those, if any, provided by the retailer. Taxes, installation or any other costs shall be borne by the prize winner. The Sweepstakes Entities and/or Released Parties shall not be responsible for installation delays.
