PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Buick's Tee-Off With Tiger Promotion is a game where participants are asked to predict Tiger Woods' score on each hole of each round of each tournament of the 2008 PGA Tour in which he participates during the Promotion Period. For the purpose of this promotion, each tournament will consist of a maximum of seventy-two holes [four rounds each consisting of a maximum of eighteen holes]. Registration for the Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on 3/10/08 and the Promotion runs through 11:59 PM ET on 9/27/08.

HOW IT WORKS: Once a registered user has logged into the site, they will need to click on "Tee Off" in order to make their predictions. Predictions for each round of a tournament must be submitted by 11:59PM ET on the day prior to the start of that round (e.g. the deadline for submitting predictions for a Sunday final round would be 11:59PM ET on Saturday). Scorecards will only be available for the next/current tournament, and only for those rounds of that tournament for which the entry deadline has not passed. The user must enter score predictions for each of eighteen holes for any round in order for that round to be valid. Incomplete rounds will not be accepted. Auto-Fill Option: If the user chooses not to "predict" the scores for a specific round, an "auto-fill" option will be available on the scorecard. By clicking on this feature, random, computer-generated scores (each ranging from 1-under par to 1-over par) will be assigned to each hole for that round.
Tournaments: The Promotion will be open for each 2008 PGA Tour tournament in which Tiger Woods plays during the Promotion Period and which is posted on the Website. Tournaments will be added to the website no later than five days prior to the start of that tournament. The period from 12:00AM ET on the day that a tournament is posted on the website through 11:59PM ET on the final day of that tournament is referred to as a "Tournament Period". The maximum number of holes for any round throughout the Promotion is eighteen. The maximum number of rounds for any tournament throughout the Promotion is four. If Tiger Woods misses the cut for any round of any tournament or is forced to withdraw (for any reason, including but not limited to injury, illness or other personal conflict) from any tournament, the remaining rounds of that tournament will not be included in the Promotion scoring.
Scoring: For each hole that Tiger Woods plays in a tournament during the Promotion, his actual score will be compared to each participant's predicted score for that hole. Each correct prediction will earn a participant one additional point for that round. Incorrect predictions will result in zero additional points for that round. The participant's score from each round of a tournament will be added together to determine that participant's cumulative score for that tournament. The maximum number of points any participant can earn for one round is eighteen. The maximum number of points any participant can earn for one tournament is seventy-two. Within two hours of the conclusion of each round of each tournament, scores of each registered participant will be tabulated and posted on the website. The official PGA scores will be used for point determinations.
PRIZE WINNER DETERMINATION: Grand Prize – At the conclusion of each tournament, the registered participants with the top ten cumulative scores (as defined in "Scoring" above) for that tournament will be considered "Finalists" and will each receive one entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. In the event of a tie between any cumulative tournament scores resulting in more than ten Finalists, the actual overall score posted by Tiger Woods for that tournament will be compared to the predicted score by those participants involved in the tie, placing the more accurate predictions as Finalists. If a tie still exists after comparing tournament scores (predictions vs. actual), individual round scores will be similarly compared starting with the final round of that tournament and working backwards. If a tie still exists, the winner from among all participants involved in the tie will be determined by which participant saved his/her final round predictions first. The one Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 9/30/08 from among all Finalists. The odds of a Finalist being selected as the Grand Prize winner is determined by the final number of Finalists – based on ten being selected from each 2008 tournament in which Tiger Woods participated. First Prizes - At the conclusion of each tournament, the participant who achieves the top cumulative score for that tournament (as defined in "Scoring" above) will be determined to be the potential First Prize winner for that tournament. In the event of a tie between any cumulative tournament scores resulting in more than one winner, the actual overall score posted by Tiger Woods for that tournament will be compared to the predicted score by those participants involved in the tie, with the participant with the closest predicted score being determined as the potential First Prize winner. If a tie still exists after comparing tournament scores (predictions vs. actual), individual round scores will be similarly compared starting with the final round of that tournament and working backwards. If a tie still exists, the First Prize Winner from among all participants involved in the tie will be determined by which participant saved his/her final round predictions for that tournament first.
LIMIT: ONE FIRST PRIZE PER PERSON OR HOUSEHOLD.
